The product descriptions are non-binding. A purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order or ship the goods.

Our bags are handmade – slight variations in color or shape are possible and not a defect.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF, excluding shipping costs.
Payment is made online using the offered payment methods. Processing begins after payment is received.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery will be made to the address provided. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be delayed for handmade or personalized bags.

5. Return

We voluntarily offer a 14-day return policy for unused and undamaged goods.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Excluded: personalized or custom-made products.

6. Warranty & Liability

Swiss law applies. We are liable for gross negligence and intent within the legal framework.
No liability for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.

Our separate privacy policy applies.

8. Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office.
